Application Criteria

• Firm must be in business for at least one year
• Firm must have regular annual revenues of at least $75,000
• Firm must be certified (or applying to be certified) as a Minority, Woman or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise
• Principal(s) must have credit score of 600 or above
• Principals must not have any outstanding judgments, tax liens or child support arrears
