Description
Historical Cleanup of Books means providing an overview of past financial statements and making necessary corrections, including but not limited to assuring that the charts of accounts, cash, bank balances, and equity for the prior period are correct.
- MBDI will remotely access the Client’s financial records to assess the strength of the current system
- MBDI will notify the Client of noted deficiencies
- MBDI will cleanup historical mistakes from the last year to prepare the internal financials to better represent the client’s business operations going forward.
Initial QuickBooks Set Up Services Include:
- MBDI will work with the Client to set up the chart of accounts and overall internal financial system in QuickBooks to facilitate ongoing Bookkeeping Services.
Bookkeeping Services include the following tasks:
- Process and reconcile bank, credit card, and Paypal/credit card processing entries
- Reconciliation of intercompany balances
- Process year-end closing entries (depreciation, amortization, advances, etc.)
- Prepare financial reports (balance sheet, P&L statement, and cash flow statement)
- Prepare schedules for balance sheet accounts
