Workforce Development and
Financial Literacy Platform

Through an aggressive workforce development educational program that will include both classroom instruction and one-on-one advisory services, the Minority Business Development Institute, Inc. (MBDI) will assist contractors to improve their business infrastructure and operations. It will position contractors to operate their organizations more effectively, to grow responsibly, to avoid poor decisions and to successfully secure bonding in order to reach the next level of opportunity and growth. To further ensure access and convenience, all services will be offered both from our on-site classroom and virtually through web-based technology. These service offerings are an integral component to reaching the outlined goals of the organization. They will be made available by the funding secured as non-profit organization working on behalf of workforce development for the minority population.
