Each phase offers a comprehensive set of courses and lessons aligned with the needs and maturity level of the businesses within that category.  Upon completing each phase, MBDI will issue MBDI Certification and Embrace will have reviewed their company and issue a surety (bonding) program. This supports the requests of large Construction Manager and General Contractors that are looking for not only bonded contractors but certified by MBDI.

The long-term objective is to support firms in advancing to the next phase as they continue to grow. Throughout the learning journey, participants complete a series of assessments that help us evaluate their current business capabilities across critical operational and financial topics. These assessment results highlight each business owner’s strengths and pinpoint areas where additional support may be beneficial, guiding us in providing targeted resources or directing them to services that can help them advance.
